If you are a new client, book a new client consultation. You will be sent an intake form to fill out and be contacted to schedule your follow up treatment.

Please call or text or change your appointment within 24 hours in advance to avoid the $30 late/ no show cancellation fee.

New clients, please come 10-15 minutes early. Wear loose 2-piece clothing, avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Please note: the only insurance we currently accept is workers’ compensation or PI legal cases. Call us to ensure coverage if you seek to use insurance.

We are closed on major holidays and Sundays :)
